Providers

At Hoof & Hope Healing, therapy is guided by a collaborative team that includes a licensed mental health therapist, an equine specialist, and a carefully selected herd of horses. Each plays an important role in creating a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore emotions, build self-awareness, and develop healthier ways of navigating life's challenges.

Together, this team approach allows therapy to unfold in ways that are both structured and experiential, combining professional counseling with meaningful interaction with horses.

Meet the Therapist

Adriana Lange, LCPC

Adriana Lange is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) who works with young adults and adults seeking support for anxiety, depression, ADHD, substance use recovery, and life transitions. Her work is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and a deep respect for each client's personal story.

Over the past several years, Adriana has developed extensive experience working with individuals navigating emotional and behavioral challenges. She has facilitated individual, family, and group therapy, helping clients better understand the patterns, experiences, and stressors that shape their lives.

Adriana believes that meaningful therapy begins with a strong therapeutic relationship. She strives to create a calm and supportive space where clients feel safe enough to reflect honestly, explore difficult emotions, and begin building new ways of responding to life's challenges.

At Hoof & Hope Healing, Adriana integrates traditional counseling with Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy. Working alongside horses often allows clients to notice patterns in communication, boundaries, and emotional responses in ways that feel natural and immediate. These moments can create powerful opportunities for insight, growth, and lasting change.

Meet the Equine Specialist

Equine-assisted therapy is a collaborative process that includes both a licensed therapist and an equine specialist.

The equine specialist focuses on the care, management, and well-being of the horses while helping maintain a safe environment for each session. Their role also includes observing interactions between clients and horses, which can offer valuable perspective during the therapeutic process.

Because horses are highly responsive to body language, energy, and emotional cues, they often reflect patterns that people may not immediately recognize in themselves. The equine specialist helps support these moments, allowing the therapist and client to explore what those responses may reveal about communication, trust, and emotional awareness.

Meet the Horses

The horses at Hoof & Hope Healing are more than animals on the property-they are essential partners in the therapeutic process. Each horse has a unique personality and temperament that can invite different experiences of connection, reflection, and growth during sessions.

Through guided groundwork and interaction, clients often discover that horses respond honestly and immediately to human energy and emotion. These interactions can create powerful moments of self-awareness and learning that support the therapeutic journey.
